Ruffled White Blouse

There is nothing more classic than a white blouse. Crisp, clean and always a fresh look. This version has the added detail of ruffles. They make the typical shirt more feminine, which I love. I’m not a huge fan of button downs because they feel stuffy and masculine. This shirt gives me everything I love while being tailored and refined.

I love that this shirt can be layered and it’s a great length – can be worn in or out. I tucked it in because I love the buttons on my jeans (so 90’s). The are also a cropped length with a raw hem, which you can’t see because they are in MY FAVORITE BOOTS EVER. So comfy and soft – plus the somewhat chunky heel makes them flattering and totally walkable. I recommend going a size up, and you can find them here – search for over the knee boots. They come in taupe (which is more of a gray, and what I have on), brown and black and are under $150.

This shirt will transition right into spring with midi skirts, jean shorts, and pencil skirts. I love adding pieces to my wardrobe that can be worn many different ways. You can find the blouse here, boots here, and rest of the look below.
