I’m not sure I can have too many off the shoulder tops. Besides being so flattering, they are comfortable and perfect for this hot, hot summer. It’s been humid every single day, and I have to say, bare shoulders has a cooling effect. But the best part of this chic, breezy, black off the shoulder is it’s under $13! So at the rate I’m going, it’s OK to have several off the shoulders.

I paired it with a gorgeous statement necklace (currently on sale for under $40!!!). I’ve worn it so many times since I brought it home. It goes with everything and adds a much needed detail to simple outfits. A pair of cuffed denim rips makes this outfit casual and complete.
