Lace and Bell Sleeves

This little pink dress is so sweet, gorgeous and perfect for Valentine’s Day – the sweetest holiday of them all. With gorgeous lace and bell sleeves, it fits the day perfectly, but also works for bridal and baby showers, easter, brunch with friends, and so many more events. The best part is it’s $27! You can afford a really cute pair of shoes to go with it (if the weather allows…).

It’s a mini length with two layers and a mock neckline. I love the ruffles on the bell sleeves. This blush tone works well with black, but I plan on wearing my nude sandals in the spring and summer (totally not an option right now – the temps are in the 20s).

My bag goes with me just about everywhere. It has gorgeous classic quilting and a chain strap. I love the all black version, but there is a black version with a gold chain and even a full velvet style. If you want the cutest of bags, try this heart shaped one from Rebecca Minkoff.

As promised off Instagram, this is my playlist right now. Listening all.the.time and I highly recommend all the songs.

Mid-winter lace

At the end of January, I always get the same feeling: “Where is Spring?” I know it’s far away, so for now, I appease my inner sun goddess by wearing some mid-winter lace. Lace to me is Spring. It’s light, airy, intricate and beautiful. I love this long sleeve lace top because it can be layered and requires an extra layer of a tank underneath (but you could do just a bra if you’re really daring). And it’s only $18! Such a bargain that adds something gorgeous to a casual look.Read More

Embroidered Dress

Alllllll the heart eyes for this embroidered dress. It is so sweet with embroidered, delicate flowers, and so comfortable with a flowy silhouette. I love to wear it as a dresswith over the knee boots, but you can wear it as a tunic with jeans or leggings. It can be layered with a fuzzy, soft cardigan for ultimate coziness.Read More

Choker Top + Fuzzy Coat

I feel like a total rocker in this look, which isn’t exactly what I was going for, but I embrace it and love it. It’s super comfortable but still on trend and the pieces will not break the bank. One of my favorite parts is every piece is so wearable – there are a lot of options for different looks with each item. My faux-leather leggings look great with oversized sweaters or tailored down with blouses. This choker top looks just as good with jeans. And this coat? THIS COAT. I didn’t take it off the first weekend I brought it home. It is low-stock, but I’ve linked lots of similar options below.Read More

Gray Fringe Sweater

Give me all the cozy knits. Our winter has been super chilly, and now it’s about to get snowy and rainy. A cold rain isn’t a good rain, so I’m bundling up in this adorable gray fringe sweater and staying warm and dry by the fire.Read More

Neutrals in Winter

There is no reason white jeans should be left in the closet all winter long. They look great on a snowy day just as much as on a warm sunny one. This gorgeous and comfy turtleneck sweater is an essential. I’ve been wearing it non-stop the past week since it’s been below 20 degrees outside and it’s from a great online boutique – Gray Monroe.Read More

Gray Off the Shoulder Dress

A beautiful, dark gray off the shoulder dress is just what the winter weather calls for. You can add a sweater, faux fur vest, and warm your legs with over the knee boots. I love the ribbing and the dark hue. It looks perfect with cognac, but you could pair it with black boots/vest, or even go with cream or white. It also pairs well with blush pink. There are a lot of options. My boots are in constant rotation with jeans, leggings, dresses, and skirts.Read More

Bodysuit + High waist jeans

Bodysuits and high waist jeans are a girl’s best friend. They hug in all the right places and stay in place. A bodysuit is pure magic for a mom. With all the moving I do chasing a toddler, I don’t have to worry about my shirt popping up shifting. With high waist jeans, I don’t have to worry about my pants falling down. There is no way they can travel past my hips (thank God).Read More

Silver Pleated Skirt + Fuzzy Sweater

Dressing up in the winter can be a challenge, but with this gorgeously silver pleated maxi skirt, it is nothing but fun. You can pair it with a sleeveless top and leather jacket, add a fluffy sweater, or opt for black lace and twirl until your heart’s content. There are a lot of options and any of them work for a formal event in the winter – when you want to be comfortable in the cold, but look hot.Read More

Buffalo Plaid + Faux Shearling Coat

Buffalo check is winter perfection. It’s a bold, classic pattern that pairs well with leggings and jeans, but can also be dressed up. I wore it casual here, but think faux leather leggings and booties or a knit mini with otk boots.Read More
